Spring SUP Training Program:

  • This program is ideal for those who have no stand up paddling experience, and want to become more proficient in a relatively short amount of time.
  • Participant(s) will be able to advance to the intermediate bronze level in one day, and thus meeting the prerequisite of signing up for the silver award program.
  • Upon completion of the program and passing the examination, students will receive both the SUP Beginner and Intermediate Bronze Award Certificates issued by our association.

What you can learn in this program:

  • How to use SUP equipment properly
  • Learn important safety rules
  • Learn basic paddling techniques
  • Practice and improve your strokes in flat water
  • Improve your paddle speed and efficiency
  • Turn quickly with pivot turn
  • How to deal with waves and wind
  • How to deal with traffic

Date: 12, 26/3 ; 16, 30/4 ; 14/5 (Sunday)
Time: 10:00 – 17:00 (6 hours lesson + 1 hour lunch time)
Venue: Sai Kung Sha Ha
Assemble Point: Blue Sky Sports Club (Sha Ha Center)
Price: $580 per head
Price includes: SUP equipment, Safety gear, Instructor, and Digital Certificate (Lunch is not included)
Deadline: 1 week prior each class


  • Able to swim at least 25 meters without assistance
  • Age 8 or above


  • 此直立板培訓課程適合完全沒有直立板經驗,並且希望係相對較短既時間內提升自己直立板技巧的人參加。
  • 參加者可以在一日內考到中級銅章證書,達到參加中級銀章課程的要求。
  • 學員在完成課程及通過考核後,將獲發由本會發出的直立板初級及中級銅章證書

Booking & Payment:

  • After submitting the booking request, please wait for our confirmation email and payment instructions before payment to ensure availability.
    After receiving the emails, please use the link in our email to pay within 12 hours to reserve your spot.
  • Please provide the Booking ID# to the coach on booking date

What do I need to bring?

  • Must bring: Water sports shoes that covers your toes, swimwear, extra clothing, hat, sunscreen, dry bag and drinking water of 750ml or more.
  • You are also suggested to bring sunglasses (with a floating belt), put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You’ll also need dry clothes for changing after the event.
  • To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance (Not applicable to Kei Ling Ha).

  • 另外本會建議參加者帶備太陽眼鏡(連浮水帶) 並於活動前塗上防曬霜及驅蚊劑,並準備更換衣服於活動後使用。
  • 請參加者抵達前先更換衣服及安置個人物品 (企嶺下除外),使活動可以準時開始。
