Objective: To train young elite athletes in stand up paddle boarding
宗旨:培訓直立板⻘少年精英運動員

Program details:
This program is suitable for those who want to learn the basics of SUP and to become more proficient in a short time. What you can learn includes but not limited to:

  • How to paddle faster
  • Improve your paddle efficiency (save energy)
  • Do quicker pivot turn
  • How to deal with waves and wind
  • How to deal with traffic

Student will receive beginner and intermediate bronze award certificates issued by our association after completing the program

課程內容:
本課程適合那些想要學習直立板基礎知識並在短時間內變得更加熟練的人,你能學到的包括但不限於:

  • 如何增加扒直立板的速度
  • 如何更有效率去扒板(節省體力)
  • 如何急速轉彎
  • 如何應對大風大浪的情況
  • 如何應對海上交通

學員完成課程後將獲得由本會發出的初級及中級銅章證書

Target Age Group: 8 -18 years old
參加資格:8 – 18 歲

Quota: 8 students per class (First come first served)
名額:每班 8 人 (先到先得,額滿即止)

Venue: BSSC Kei Ling Ha Water Sports Centre (Kei Ling Ha San Wai No. 16)
上課地點:藍天體育會企嶺下水上活動中心 (企嶺下新圍 16 號)

Date 日期 (Sat or Sun 逢星期六或日) :
23/7, 24/7, 30/7, 31/7, 6/8, 7/8, 13/8, 14/8, 20/8, 21/8, 27/8, 28/8

Time 時間:09:00 – 16:00
(Total 6 hours with 1 hour lunch time 共六小時+一小時午餐)

Remarks:

  1. Equipment is provided by the Association.
  2. Participants must wear suitable water sports clothing and shoes covering their feet.
  3. If you have not received any notice 7 days before the start of the class, you can call the Association for inquiries or browse the Association’s website.
  4. If the number of applicants in a class is less than half of the quota, the class will be cancelled and the association will arrange for students to change classes.
  5. After the deadline for registration, no class changes are allowed (Except for class cancellation).
  6. Hong Kong Surf & Stand Up Paddle Association reserves the right of final decision.

備註:

  1. 器材由本會提供。
  2. 學員必須穿著合適的水上運動服裝以及包覆腳部的鞋上課。
  3. 如於開課前 7 天仍未收到任何通知,請致電本會查詢或瀏覽本會網站。
  4. 如有班別報名人數不足名額一半,該班別將會取消,本會將會安排學員轉班。
  5. 截止報名後,不得轉班 (除班別取消外)。
  6. 香港衝浪及直立板總會保留一切最終決定權。

  • If there are less than 4 people, we might arrange you to join another group. Program might be cancelled if there are less than 4 people joined
  • Coach & Student ratio at 1:4

Booking:

  • Your booking is NOT confirmed until you have received our confirmation email.
  • Please provide your Booking ID# to the coach when you arrive.

What do I need to bring?

  • You are suggested to bring water, water shoes (cover heel and toes), sunglasses (with a floating belt) and a hat. Please put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You may need dry clothes for changing after the event.
  • Please wear water shoes / sports shoes for the event. Flip flops are NOT recommended.
  • To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance.

  • 如果少於 4 人,我們可能會安排您加入另一個小組,如果參加人數少於 4 人,課程可能會被取消。
  • 教練與學生比例 1:4

報名:

  • 提交申請後請等待我們的確認電郵,在收到該電郵前你的報名為未被確認。
  • 如教練能夠配合你預約的時間,你將會收到得們發出的確認電郵,請在上課當天出示你的預約編號 (Booking ID #)

我需要帶備什麼??

  • 本會建議參加者帶備食水、水上活動鞋 (包指包腳跟,例如白飯魚) 、太陽帽、太陽鏡(連浮水帶) 、帽子等,於活動前塗上防曬霜及驅蚊劑,並準備更換衣服於活動後使用。
  • 建議穿著水上運動鞋參與活動 (人字拖並不適合)。
  • 請參加者抵達前先更換衣服及安置個人物品,使活動可以準時開始。
