Program Details:
This program is perfect for anyone looking to master the basics of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and quickly become more skilled. You will learn a variety of techniques, including but not limited to:
- How to paddle faster
- How to improve paddle efficiency and conserve energy
- How to perform quicker pivot turns
- How to handle waves and wind
- How to navigate through water traffic safely
Student will receive beginner and intermediate bronze certificates after completing the program
Fee：$650
Fee includes: SUP equipment, Safety Gear, Instructor and Digital Certificates (beginner and intermediate bronze level)
Venue: Blue Sky Sports Club – Sha Ha Water Sports Centre
Date: 05/04/2026, 19/04/2026, 03/05/2026 (choose one day)
Time：10:00 – 17:00
Age： 8 years old or above
Prerequisite: Must be able to swim at least 50 meters without assistance.
Deadline：7 days prior each class
Min people: 4
- If there are less than 4 people, we might arrange for you to join another group. Program might be cancelled if there are less than 4 people joined
- Coach & Student ratio at 1:8

- Your booking is NOT confirmed until you have received our confirmation email.
- Please provide your Booking ID# to the coach when you arrive.
What do I need to bring?
- You are suggested to bring water, water shoes (cover heel and toes), sunglasses (with a floating belt) and a hat. Please put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You may need dry clothes for changing after the event.
- Please wear water shoes / sports shoes for the event. Flip flops are NOT recommended.
- To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance.
