1. Only a valid Coach Member of the Hong Kong Surf & Stand Up Paddle Association is eligible to apply for certificates.
2. To apply for certificates, download and complete the Certificate Application Form below and email it to enrollment@hksurfsup.org together with the Application Fee Receipt.
3. After the association received all required information and finished processing the certificate, we will notify the coach member by email.
4. If the coach have applied for hardcopy, the coach can either come to the association office to collect or we can send it to the coach’s correspondence address by SF Express (Pay by recipient).
