Summer SUP Training Program

Program Details:

This program is suitable for those who want to learn the basics of SUP and become proficient in a short amount of time. You can learn various skills, including, but not limited to:

  • How to paddle faster
  • Improve your paddle efficiency (save energy)
  • Do quicker pivot turn
  • How to deal with waves and wind
  • How to deal with traffic

Fee:$150 *
Participants’ Age Range:Aged 8 or above

Venue: BSSC Kei Ling Ha Water Sports Centre (Kei Ling Ha San Wai No. 16) ^
Deadline:7 days prior each class
Date:6/7/2024 – 1/9/2024 (Every Sat or Sun)
Time:10:00 – 17:00 (Please arrive at the lesson venue 15 minutes early)

After completing the course, participants can receive an electronic certificate issued by our association (Beginner and Intermediate Bronze SUP Certificates).

Please note :

  • Each participant can only sign up for one class
  • The course includes a 1-hour lunch break, and participants must prepare their own lunch
  • No parking space will be available in the lesson venue, participant must use public transport to get there

  • Equipment provided by the Association.
  • Participants must wear suitable water sports clothing and shoes covering their feet.
  • If you have not received any notice 7 days before the start of the class, you can call the Association for inquiries or browse the Association’s website.
  • If the number of applicants in a class is less than half of the quota, the class will be cancelled and the association will arrange for students to change classes.
  • After the deadline for registration, no class changes are allowed (Except for class cancellation).
  • HKSURFSUP reserves the right of final decision.

Min people: 4

  • If there are less than 4 people, we might arrange for you to join another group. Program might be cancelled if there are less than 4 people joined
  • Coach & Student ratio at 1:4


  • Your booking is NOT confirmed until you have received our confirmation email.
  • Please provide your Booking ID# to the coach when you arrive.

What do I need to bring?

  • You are suggested to bring water, water shoes (cover heel and toes), sunglasses (with a floating belt) and a hat. Please put on sunscreen and insect repellent before the event. You may need dry clothes for changing after the event.
  • Please wear water shoes / sports shoes for the event. Flip flops are NOT recommended.
  • To start the event on time, please kindly change your clothes and settle your personal belongings in advance.
