9am to 1 pm

Racers Briefing & Registration:
9:00-9:30am on the race day

Introduction
HKSUP League aims to promote the SUP sport, increase public awareness and interest in SUP, and popularise this healthy and fashionable sports. HK Surf & SUP Association will select outstanding athletes from the league to represent Hong Kong in major foreign SUP races, such as the Asia SUP Tour and the ISA World SUP and Paddle Board Championship. In 2020, HK Surf & SUP Association will continue to promote the SUP sport with the goal of making more new faces, young people and students participate in the league race and inject more happiness in the event, like a carnival.

比賽介紹:
香港直立板聯賽旨在宣傳直立板運動，增加公眾對直立板的認識及興趣，將有益健康及時尚的運動普及化。香港衝浪及直立板總會透過聯賽選拔成績優異的運動員，代表香港隊出征國外的大型比賽，例如亞洲直立板聯賽，ISA世界直立板錦標賽的參賽資格等。2020年，香港衝浪及直立板總會會繼續致力推廣直立板項目，將聯賽加入更多歡樂的元素，目標令更多新面孔，青少年及學生參與聯賽賽事。

* Each league race has a different themed race, including Family race (the 2nd league), Cosplay race (the 3rd league).

*每一站都有不同主題的比賽，包括親子賽(第2站)，鬼馬扮野賽(第3站)

Open: Participants of any age
Over 35: Within 2020, participants’ age should be 35 and older
U18: Within 2020, participants’ age should be under 18

Safety Guidelines:
1. All participants must wear personal buoyancy aids/ leash during the race, otherwise result in disqualification.
Personal buoyancy aids include life jackets, inflatable purses, inflatable vests, etc.
2. Follow the instructions of the safety boat

1. 所有參加者直立板時必須穿著個人浮具/腳繩，否則取消參賽資格。
個人浮具包含救生衣，充氣腰包，充氣背心等
2. 需要聽隨大會安全艇指示

Themed Races info
主題比賽資料

Family Race 親子接力賽 (9/8):

A group of 2 people, including 1 adult and 1 junior paddler.
Using the 2 inflatable SUP provided by HKSUPBA, the junior paddle 200m ;
adult paddles 400m in total.
The race must be completed in a standing position.

+ If the junior paddler is 7 years old or below, he / she can choose to knee down paddle and the adult member can accompany on board and assist in paddling by hand.
*Adult Participants must be 18 years of age or older within 2020
*Junior Participants must be under the age of 18 in 2020

2人一組，成員包括1位成人及1位青少年。
利用大會免費提供的2塊充氣直立板，青少年組員共划200米，成人組員共划400米。
全程必須以站姿划板完成。

–

+如果青少年參賽者為7歲或以下，他/她可選擇跪划及其成人組員可上板陪同並用手協助划水。
*成人參賽者必須於2020年內，年滿18歲或以上
*青少年參賽者必須於2020年內，未年滿18歲

Cosplay Race 鬼馬扮野賽 (6/9):

Participants in any group can participate in cosplay race, including the elite / inflatable / novice group. All participants need to change into cosplay costumes / dresses / masks and set off for the 1km race.

The judge team will select the best-dressed male and female participants as the winners.

Costume Rule:
Indecent costume is not allowed.
No political element.

The first 20 applicants can get a simple cartoon mask provided by HKSUPBA for free
(Only for the participants who are the first year to join the league race)

任何組別的參賽者都可參與此主題賽，包括精英/充氣/新手組別。所有參賽者需要換上cosplay服裝/打扮/面具同時出發1公里賽。評審團會選出最悉心打扮的三位參賽者為優勝者。

服裝要求:
不攝及色情，不雅
不含有政治元素

*大會有權禁止違反服裝要求人仕出賽。
頭20位報名的參賽者可以獲得由香港直立板總會提供的簡單卡通面罩
(只限第一年參加直立板聯賽人仕)

1. Elite Distance Race:

HK$380 each race
– Entry fee includes Insurance, Racer pack, T-shirt

2. iSUP Distance Race:

HK$280 each race
– Entry fee includes Insurance, Racer pack, T-shirt

3. Novice Race:

HKD $180 each race.
– Entry fee includes Insurance, Racer pack, SUP equipment for the race
+Participants who have joined either one of the above race (Elite/iSUP/Novice) can join the themed race at same day for free.

4. Themed Race:

HKD $180 each race.
– Entry fee includes Insurance, Racer pack, SUP equipment for the race

*參加以上任何一項比賽 (精英/充氣板/新手賽)的參賽者，均可免費參加該站同一日的主題賽。
